Pamela Mitri, MSc, RD

Co-Creating Strong, Nourished, and Empowered Living at Every Age

Pamela Mitri is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, bringing over 12 years of comprehensive nutrition counselling experience to her practice. She holds a Master of Science in Sports Nutrition and has worked extensively with diverse populations in Doha, Qatar, before relocating to Toronto in April 2025. She now provides virtual nutrition services to clients across Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and the Territories.

Pamela has extensive experience supporting individuals with obesity, chronic health conditions, and long-standing struggles with dieting, as well as a compassionate focus on women’s health across the lifespan.

She guides clients through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the hormonal shifts of midlife with clarity and confidence, while emphasizing education, empowerment, and sustainable behaviour change. Her approach prioritizes balance, symptom relief, and helping women feel their strongest and most energized selves.

Drawing on motivational interviewing, intuitive eating, and personalized goal setting, she provides culturally sensitive, tailored care that helps clients move away from restrictive patterns, reconnect with hunger and fullness cues, and build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
