Cancellation policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 + HST fee.

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee (or one prepaid session) will be charged.
Please note that insurance invoices cannot be issued for missed or unattended sessions.

Reschedule an Appointment

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this by:

We’ll be happy to help you find a new time that works best for you.
